Majida and Lebanon

I cannot get tired of listening to Tallou Hbabna “Our beloved got here”. Wether Majida sings it or Zaki Nassif (original), it’s got the same rousing effect on me.

Tallou Hbabna will be part of Lebanese week at INSEAD!

Marisa Monte and Burgundy

Burgundy’s wines turned out to be exquisite, but after tasting 35 types of wine, you cannot keep on telling which is better!

Brazilian Monte was another personal discovery from the trip…

Santa Barbara

Deep Fried then Sweetened Deeply
Ma3kroun: After

The december festivities started with Santa Barbara’s day yesterday. Meals were made solely of Sweets (2ame7, 2tayif and ma3kroun). I doubt that the late night swimming and dancing compensated for all that sugar!

Fiesta: The best ending

Also at the border with Panama, the starfruit was a delicious discovery.
TOOOOOOOO GOOOOOOOOD

TOOOOOOOO GOOOOOOOOD

Flounder, Crab, Lobster, Jumbo Shrimp, Oysters, Prawn… and all for a few dozens of dollars! Where else can you have that?

I gift this plate to a dear friend who has yet to accept my invitation to a nice homemade siyadiyye lunch (type of fish)… :p

265 feet of adrenaline stimulation

The view from the bridge was breathtaking but the countdown hit 0 and I had to go forward with the jump. The rush of everything was surreal.

Thought about a second jump but at just 3.8 seconds to get to the river and 3 minutes to get back up we decided to leave it for some other time.

A last tune for the night

And you’re singing the song, thinking this is the life and you wake up in the morning and your head feels twice the size…

This should be played at clubs’ closing times           >:)

Hegemony of the White over the Blue

Why is the white eating and the rest watching?

Back to the 80months with an apetizer

Been busy, very busy. It’s been fun, lots of fun with more to come. But now am back.

The table was unanimous: That was the best sea food lunch anyone had had in Central America so far. The place was full of Ticos watching their national team playing football.

As for the apetizer, the fish and guacamole ones are the best.

Its house is too small

This guy felt that his house wasn’t big enough for him anymore.

He got out, abandoned his shell and started looking for a shell that’s worth his while

The world is too small too… To my Good friend I say: It is not easy to be frank, but postponing honesty can’t do anygood to anyone!

IN-N-OUT University

As of tonight, I hold the secret to the 2 BY 2 Protein Style Animal Style IN-N-OUT Burger! Anyone who passed by California will know this deed’s value.

Shakira – The Truth

Shakira, buddy, there are a lot of great things about you, your clip is actually a favorite. But beleive me that thing you do with your hips is purely ze7lewiyye, and you can perfect it more.

I am off to the Ceasers Palace.

Santa Monica Weather

Today, I saw the first cloud since the beginning of the summer here in Santa Monica. If by any chance another cloud had wondered the skies in the last 2 months, its memory got lost by the last 2 weeks of continuous shining sun.

When I took my first steps outside my house in Santa Monica, CA [Santa Monica, zip 90405, CA, gets 13 inches of rain per year] the question hit me: Why am I leaving the sun behind?

At least, I’m sure I’ll get a good taste of sun when I go to Singapore.

Top Song From Last Year

Every soul in the room keeping time with their hands.

I listened to it shi 13^13 times. Played it on the keyboard. Tried to play it on a guitar. And kind of karaoked it. Santana made it right by having Kroeger sing it.

An Indispensable Friend

Ryan took me from Paris to Barcelona for 67 euros. He will be one of my best friends during my INSEAD year!

Catalan Percussion

If you know the name of this musical instrument, please post it.  The music generated by this piece of metal is astonishing! Maybe that is why Catalans are so vibrant and full of life.

Let’s Write Stuff

The only way I am able to work on some apps tonight is by repeatedly listening to hot stuff.  w h a t e v e r .  Back to my writings; Belief is the key.
